FishTank App Inc. is a software company. I am its founder and CEO. The product is a place for founders to maintain a company profile, share updates, and be discovered. Social posts, short videos, and public updates are communication and discovery tools. They are not the basis on which anyone should judge a founder, complete diligence, or make an investment decision.

FishTank App Inc. is distinct from FishTank Funding Portal LLC.

FishTank App Inc. builds and operates software and related product. It does not conduct Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offerings. Nothing on this personal site is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of an offer to buy securities, or an invitation to invest through the FishTank product.

FishTank Funding Portal LLC is a separate legal entity formed in connection with Regulation Crowdfunding. A funding portal may operate only if it is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and is a member of FINRA. This personal site does not represent that FishTank Funding Portal LLC has completed that registration or membership, or that it is currently operating as a funding portal. I am associated with the LLC as a principal of that separate entity; that is not the same role as CEO of FishTank App Inc., and it does not mean the portal is registered or open for Reg CF transactions.

Any discussion of capital into FishTank itself — including early support from individual investors — concerns private fundraising in FishTank App Inc., not a Regulation Crowdfunding offering by or through FishTank Funding Portal LLC.

What the product is for: Company profiles and updates so founders can document what they are building. Discovery so interested people can find that information. Feedback and discussion around a company or idea. None of that is an investment transaction, a securities offering, or a substitute for legal, financial, or investment diligence.
