What this Site is

The Site shares my writing, podcast appearances, ventures, and opinions. Everything here is for general information only. My views are my own and do not necessarily represent any company I am involved with.

Not investment, legal, or financial advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The Site is not a registered funding portal or broker-dealer and does not offer or solicit any securities, including any Regulation Crowdfunding offering. FishTank App Inc and FishTank Funding Portal LLC are separate entities, and any offering they make is governed solely by its own official materials. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

Accuracy

I try to keep things accurate, but content may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Statements about the future, including about my companies, are opinions and expectations, not promises.

Ownership and sharing

Unless otherwise noted, the writing, images, and other content on the Site belong to me, and third-party names and logos belong to their owners. You're welcome to quote short excerpts and share links with attribution. Please don't republish full articles, reuse images, or use content commercially without my written permission.

Feedback you send

If you submit feedback through the criticism form or otherwise send me ideas, you grant me a free, perpetual, worldwide right to use them however I like, without obligation to you. Don't submit anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share, and don't include other people's personal information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

I may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
